Job Description

A Technical Manager is required for the day to day management of the Technical/Quality Assurance function in line with Food Safety and QMS.

Duties include management of the Hygiene Management System, maintaining food safety, quality and hygiene in line with legislation and provide technical advice to all departments and customers.

The successful candidate will have a degree (or equivalent) in a food related subject with experience of working in a food production environment and HACCP with excellent management skills and resilience under pressure.
