Job Description:

An experienced professional is required to support the Home Manager of a large nursing home to control the day to day operation of services and to take responsibility for leading the care team and ensuring the highest care us delivered.

The successful candidate will first and foremost have a strong understanding of the needs for older people. You’ll also have a flexible attitude, be self motivated and possess an ability to prioritise your workload, together with experience of leading a team.

It is essential that you are a qualified Registered Nurse and have an

understanding of the Care Standards Act 2000.
