Job Title:  Admin Officer

 

Permanent/Temporary:  Temp 6 months

 

Salary:  £7ph

 

Hours:  Full Time 37.5 hours

 

Location:  Bangor

 

Job Description:

 

A competent Bilingual Administrator is required to undertake a variety of key admin duties.

 

General admin tasks include; photocopying, filing, typing, web access, mail merges, stationery requirement, minute taking for Group meetings and other internal meetings as required, scanning reports and journals onto Electronic Data Records Management System, collating records and information,  answer calls bilingually, relay messages to officers bilingually and any other admin duties as may arise.

 

IT literacy and fluency in Welsh are essential for this role.
