Job Title:  Customer Services Manager

 

Permanent/Temporary:  Perm

 

Salary:  £20k to £22k

 

Hours:  37.5 hours

 

Location:  Bangor

 

Job Description:

A Pro active Customer Services Manager is required to lead and develop the Customer Services function.

 

Duties include; developing and embedding customer service policies, procedures and standards, analysing statistics to monitor the level of customer service, identify and develop training interventions, lead and chair management meetings and pro actively identify areas for development and suggest solutions.

 

Candidates must have previous experience in a similar role together with excellent communications skills and the ability to demonstrate confidence influencing others.
