Job Description:
An
experienced Support Engineer is required to give fundamental support to a
diverse Database function.
Duties
include; logging and updating calls on the Support Database, produce and run
daily customer reports, test and set up connectivity to customer sites, update
programmes, process database schema regarding stock,, goods and sales orders
and give support, assistance and advice to other teams members as necessary.
The
successful candidate will have a good working knowledge of Database Management
together with related technical skills to rectify standard faults. A knowledge
of Java and Database is essential for this role.
