Job Title: JAVA/ Analyst Programmer

Job details

The main responsibility is to analyse data from project specifications and statements of problems and procedures to create or modify computer programs.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Prepare, or receive detailed information to illustrate sequence of steps that program must follow and to describe input, output, and logical operations involved.

· Carry out the analysis, design and revision of computer systems.

· Confer with other staff members to resolve questions of program intent, data input, output requirements, and inclusion of internal checks and controls.

· Enters program codes into computer system.

· Testing of programs including the preparation of test data and correct program errors.

· Write instructions to guide installation and support of computer systems.

· Analyse, review and rewrite programs to increase operating efficiency or to adapt program to new requirements.

· Compile and write documentation of program development and subsequent revisions.

· Analyses performance indicators
